It's funny, I was at an event one time and was quite frustrated by what was being 'taught". When I left,  I looked in my mirror and blurted out "Just be you". It was kind of strange. I pondered it for awhile, and although I felt like that was my intuition telling me that was what I was supposed to be helping others to do, it just seemed too...simple!
